4. FORWARD THINKING Must be proactive, able to anticipate potential issues, and take steps to prevent them.

5. PHYSICAL FITNESS and STAMINA This job requires physical activity, lifting, and long hours. We are prioritizing candidates who are physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role.
