First, do STEP ONE on the boarding page
Second, EMAIL US or TEXT US your email address. We need to know what day is good you. We only host tours at 12:30 pm.( scheduled only ) We do host multiple people for a tour at the same time!
We want to learn more about your dog and this helps us with that and also helps us determine if your pet is a good fit for us here at Holy Dog.If your dog has any REACTIVITY TOWARD OTHER DOGS, we may not be able to accept them. We can schedule a meet and greet tour for you to determine this.
We will also need to text you our CURBSIDE INSTUCTIONS.
I always encourage TOURS!
It is a RED FLAG if tours are not allowed!
However, with our work load and high standard of care, we must schedule all tours

What is important to us here at Holy Dog is not quantity of guests but the quality of care. We have decided to incorporate a pre screening process for a few reasons. We want to build better relationships. We have limited staff and we need to keep our numbers at a certain level to provide the absolute exceptional pet care. Please read through the site and follow the 3 steps. If you are new to Holy Dog we need to evaluate IF you are a good fit for us and we can accommodate you and your pet. We want all clients to fill out our new behavior form so we can learn more about the individuality of your pets.
If you have already done STEP ONE.
Please move on to STEP TWO. Step two is the simple request step for an invite email to move on to the private page to perform STEP THREE. ( Please include in the message part of STEP 2 the desired dates for reservation.)
Step Three is another Jot Form that is the ACTUAL RESERVATION.
If you are a repeat client, Please do STEP TWO to get a new invite email for STEP THREE.
We reset the password each reservation so a previous password will not work. There is a $25 NON-refundable deposit for all boarding reservations.
PLEASE READ THE EMAIL WE SEND YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY DOG WITH OUT COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS.
Reservation requests after 6 pm will not be seen or approved until the next business day when the office opens at 10 a.m. Emergency boards for existing clients only. If you wish to be set up as an existing client; please plan ahead with us. Notify us via text, keep in mind; the night kennel cleaners DO NOT perform front desk duties. STEP 1 = All clients NEW and EXISTING who have NEVER filled out STEP 1
This JOT FORM must be completed so we can LEARN about your dog. ESTABLISHED CLIENTS only need to do this step ONE TIME.ONLY. After the first time you can just skip to just Step 2 THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION!
STEP 2 = All clients NEW and EXISTING
Please include in the message part of STEP 2 the desired dates for reservation.
This is the step that MUST be completed in order to receive an invite email for the boarding reservation. You will set up a password that you will use in STEP 3. This is a ONE TIME ONLY password. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION! IT IS THE STEP BEFORE THE RESERVATON! The password will be deleted after we receive the reservation from STEP 3
STEP 3 = Once you receive the EMAIL INVITE and have created a ONE TIME ONLY password from STEP 2; then you can proceed to STEP 3. Click the tab next to the Boarding tab above.
STEP 3 leads you to the Jot Form RESERVATION. This is the actual reservation that we need for your boarding. Once that is completed we will have you scheduled in our system and you will receive back an email confirmation with attached paperwork. The password you have created will be deleted after step 3. You will have to perform Step 2 again in the future for each reservation.YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE STEP 3 FROM A MOBILE PHONE or a WORK COMPUTER WITH RESTRICTIONS < LAPTOP or DESKTOP ONLY
Hi! We have noticed that we have people that have done STEP 2 but have NOT followed through with STEP 3. Step 3 is the actual reservation.
We are having a hard time with how many dogs we can accommodate and have noticed some people are thinking that STEP 2 secures their reservation. It does not.
We are counting spots based on completed reservations. We have had a few issues with people saying they are approved and have a spot over the holiday without a STEP 3... We cannot honor that. So, if you are approved, with an INVITE EMAIL, you have 24 hours to proceed to STEP 3.
We will then have rescind the invite email and any request will have to start over with STEP 2.
Please be aware of a few things to help expedite your reservation, STEP 3 just won't work from a cell phone, only a laptop or a desktop,
Please READ the website and what we send you! All 2022 paperwork we attach and send to you is UPDATED! Some are printing out really old paperwork!
We are short staffed and are hiring, we are doing the best we can and current staff are doing above and beyond the best for our boarders and day play fur kids. We strive to stay on top of the latest science in the industry for physical and mental requirements of each guest. Every pet is treated like an individual with unique needs. We develop friendships with our furry friends that allow us to create the most stress free environment as possible All areas are disinfected daily. Fresh water in clean pails are provided daily. Jasmine rice to ease stress acid in tummies is added to daily meals. Allergies and special needs are always noted. Essential Lavender oils are diffused to aid in stress relief as well. Everything we do at Holy Dog is for the pet's well being and for you, the client, so you can have peace of mind while you are apart. We have been referred to as
"camp", the "spa", or I've even heard that its the place to redeem "doggie sins' ( hahaha!) I call it home and your pets can call it their second home here at Holy Dog!
Upon reservation an email will be sent with INSTRUCTIONS and PAPERWORK . Please read and fill out. If you cannot print paperwork, notify us to arrange for you to fill out at the office.
Holy Dog has a three choice pricing structure. We will still offer a fantastic ala cart menu to choose from. Inclusive options listed below!
Pricing is based on FULL day or HALF DAY. If you schedule your DROP OFF before noon, it is a FULL DAY charge. If you schedule your PICK UP before noon it is a HALF DAY charge .If you schedule your DROP OFF after 4 pm it is a HALF DAY charge. If you schedule your PICK UP after 4 pm it is a full day.
